Helping Coach Triemplar

When you think of high school track & field in the Richmond area over the last several decades, what name comes to mind? Jim Triemplar! He has lived and breathed track - coaching and mentoring hundreds of runners at Atlee and beyond, remembering local athletes' times and distances like a walking encyclopedia, and being a devoted fan and ambassador of the sport.

As many of you know, Coach Triemplar had a stroke years ago. Since then, he has not been able to drive and has some trouble getting around. We already put out a Signup Genius for some immediate needs (cutting grass and driving to appts), but I would love to start up this GoFundMe to help offset some of Coach's bills and living expenses.

Triemplar has dedicated his life to his athletes, so let's pay it forward and show him how much we appreciate all he has done for us over the years.
