Over the weekend of 10/17/26, we found a pregnant mama cat on our doorstep—who just gave birth to 9 (!) kittens! We've dubbed her Chex Mix, and she is the sweetest little thing.

This same weekend, we also rescued 3 baby kittens (who are about 3 weeks old) from the outside... talk about the Cat Distribution System going into overtime!

So we unexpectedly now have 12 kittens, plus mama Chex Mix, and this is a lot of cats!

This GFM is for supporting all these babies since we'll be fostering them until they are old enough to find forever homes. All the kittens will need food, litter, and vet appointments over the next couple weeks. Plus, once Chex Mix is recovered and done nursing her babies, we need to get her spayed.

We are committed to giving all the kittens and their mama a nurturing, safe, warm place to grow and thrive, and it'll be about 8-10 weeks before they can begin finding homes.

So while we foster a dozen babies, we could definitely use some financial assistance to provide food, litter, toys, and vet appointments to make sure everyone is healthy, happy, and ready to be adopted when the time comes.
