Chewie is a 16-year-old boy a soul who has lived a full, beautiful life, and who has filled the last eight years of ours with unconditional love, warmth, and the kind of quiet joy that only a dog can bring. Now, it's our turn to give back to him. Chewie is nearing the end of his journey with us, and we want his final days to be as peaceful, comfortable, and full of love as the years he gave us.

We are raising funds to cover the costs of a gentle, dignified goodbye — including his last meals (all his favorites), euthanasia so he doesn't have to suffer, cremation, and an urn to keep him close to us always. He deserves to go out the way he lived to be loved completely, right down to the very last moment. If you've ever been loved by a dog, you know exactly what we're trying to honor here.
