Helping Chef Aaron with a Medical expense!
Donation protected
Hello, I'm Elaine Curiel. The mother of Chef Aaron. As most of you know him. He is the Bakery owner of The Velvet Buttercream. We all never anticipated having an emergency.
Two days ago, Monday. Aaron was taken to the emergency room with stomach pain not realizing he had a blockage in his gallbladder and has now been admitted to St.Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. Today, Wednesday the Doctors are doing emergency surgery to the stones. Then tomorrow Aaron has another surgery to remove his gallbladder. The Doctors did not want to do this all in one day, it would be too much for the patient.
Aaron called John and I to come down and take care of the bakery. We all worry about our kids whether they are young or old. John and I are here for him. Not anticipating a high medical expense expected to pay a $6,000 dollar deductible. Aaron says to us, I'll look to pay from my credit cards. Aaron pays for high premiums to help his pocketbook. In the long run, the 60% of the insurance portion is not really paying a lot.
Although a new business owner. Aaron will have to be taking it easy afterwards. I've considered reaching out this morning for a little help in any way possible in a donation. My sincerest Thank you to our family and friends with your help. If not possible, that's okay. I would greatly appreciate your prayers for his surgery and quick recovery.
