Helping Chandler Reel Fight To Stay Alive

This gofundme is being set up to help out a Line couple facing a difficult road on the way to make a better life of their own. Please take a minute, and read about their current situation........

On April 23, my 28 yr. old husband, our dog and I left from Montana heading to California for his first big job as a journeyman lineman.
Chandler, had been sick with what we thought was the flu for nearly a week prior to leaving Montana. Upon arriving in Nevada his health worsened. He had no choice, but to go to the nearest Urgent Care to see what was wrong before taking his first call out as a journeyman.
The doctor was shocked to find that his resting heart rate exceeded 160 beats per minute. His heart was in A-fib. Fluid had backed up in and around his lungs, including the sack of fluid around his heart. Knowing they could not handle this serious of a situation, they sent him to the nearest ER.
Once he arrived at the ER, they immediately used life flight to transport him to the nearest hospital that could medically handle this serious situation. Chandler was in ACTIVE heart failure.  Unbeknownst to us, he had been for quite some time.
They attempted several different procedures, and used multiple medications to lower his heart rate to no avail. One of the medications induced seizures which worsened the situation of Chandlers heart. They waisted no time and admitted him to the Intensive & Critical Care Unit of this hospital.
Due to Chandlers body and heart not responding to the treatments they were trying, they had no choice other than to try a procedure called, Cardioversion. Cardioversion is a procedure used to return an abnormal heartbeat to a normal rhythm.
Now some good news, Cardioversion has worked for the time being, but from what they can see, is that his heart has been doing this over an extended period of time. Due to his heart being out of rhythm for so long it leads to believe it will stay in correct rhythm for long. They are referring Chandler to Stanford University Hospital, where they deal with this sort of chronic heart problems.

In the meantime he will have to wear a  life vest. The LifeVest is a personal defibrillator worn by a patient at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). It monitors the patient's heart continuously, and if the patient goes into a life-threatening arrhythmia, the LifeVest delivers a shock treatment to restore the patient's heart to normal rhythm.

They have instructed Chandler he is NOT to work at all for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

Chandler  was going to be released today (5/4/2021, to go to the Stanford Hospital, but they found his kidney function is not where it should be. This may be due to the medications they  used. So, until his kidney functioning improves, he will have to wait to go to Stanford.

I am terrified. I feel lost. I am full of anxiety. How am I to live down here in the south with being at the hospital all day with Chandler, then having to leave and drive back to our camper to care for our dog and then back again.  I am not one to ask for help EVER, but I am at a loss right now.  This type of crisis was not expected, and the lapse in paycheck was not expected. This causes financial problems and we are out of state living in our 5th wheel with absolutely no income in sight, until this medical issue is solved, and he can get back to a job he loves, being a LINEMAN.

Chandler and Shiann are not looking for a hand out, but simply a hand up while they navigate through this extremely scary time. Lets not let them worry about how they will survive financially, but use all their energy on getting Chandler healthy and well! If you can spare any amount I know that the Reels will be so incredibly grateful for your generosity. If you cant that is fine too they aren't turning away prayers, positive thoughts and encouragement.
