Hello,

 

For those of you who know Catie Moon (a.k.a. Catie Hayward), you know she is currently with her son Collin as he recovers from major heart surgery. Collin is only 14 years old and was born with an undetected congenital heart condition doctors are now trying to correct.

 

As a hairstylist, Catie does not have the ability to be at the hospital to support her son and at work making the money she needs to survive. There is no more generous, kind, loving person than Catie, and she is in desperate need of the ability to focus on what is important, being there for her son as he fights for his life in the ICU.

 

Since none of us can sit in the hospital and comfort Catie or Collin, this is what we can do. As a member of Catie's community since she was very small, I will say to you that I implore you to help my dear friend and family member by the Grace of God, Catie Hayward.

 

If you have the ability, please consider donating. The GoFundMe donations raised are going directly to Catherine Moon to provide for her financial needs while she is supporting her son in the hospital, and for her to pay for the direct costs and/or her agreed costs related to this emergency.

 

This includes her monthly personal and business expenses, maintaining her workspace while she is away, her share of medical costs, and any miscellaneous costs that may come up which directly facilitate her ability to support her son now and during his recovery. Collin's outcome and future needs are very much unknown, as is the financial impact of this event.
