Helping Catfish get back on his feet
As you all may know, Mike has been in renal failure for many years, going to dialysis three days each week and working full time. This winter, he slipped on some ice at Zeta and took a hard fall. He was in ICU at Upstate Medical Center for several days and is now recuperating in Ithaca. He had filed for disability, but they are moving slowly.
He says:
I just wanted the thank all of my family, my Zeta brothers & special thank you to Paulette Fisher & Gerry Veninsky for opening up their home to take care of me as I recover from a slip & fall on ice just before Christmas. Although I’m feeling better, I’m unable work at this time and will be taking the rest the semester off. Unfortunately, due to my mothers recent passing the money I had saved was spent to ensure her passing and funeral were the best they could be. I know that, especially in these times, money is tight but any help would be appreciated. Thank you and God bless. Love Catfish.
