If you know Carrie Frost, you know that she is one of the most caring, compassionate, and capable nurses, and you know that her job is a calling, not just a career. You know that she is a loyal friend and colleague, and her laughter brightens even the gloomiest nurse’s station or office.

In October of 2023, Carrie was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer. In mid January, three months into her 6 months of chemotherapy treatments, and 3 months into what everyone thought would be 6 months of FMLA, she was notified that her job would end on January 31. With the ending of her employment also came the end of her insurance.

We who know and have been blessed by Carrie, and have grown to love her like family, want to provide a cushion to help her family through the next few months. We want her to be able to focus on family, friends, and faith as she heals. We want to extend the same level of care and compassion to her that she has shown her patients and their families over the years.
