Helping Brent and his family thru this journey

Hi, my name is Kara. I am putting this together for Brent Sargent and his family. He just found out he has acute myeloid leukemia. This is going to be a long road ahead of them, and I am hoping to make this to help them a little along the way.

From his wife Taylor:

This past Thursday, my husband, Brent Sargent was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. For those who don’t know, this is a blood cancer. We are going Monday for a bone marrow biopsy to see exactly what subtype it is and how to treat it effectively. We have a long road ahead of us. Brent will be out of work, as will I so I can be by his side every second of every day while he goes through this time of uncertainty. He is strong and I know he will fight hard. This will be a difficult time for our family as we learn to live with this new reality. Please keep Brent and our family in your prayers as he fights this sickness. We know we serve an almighty God who will bring Brent through this stronger than ever. His faith in the lord is strong and we know that God is going to have him in arms the whole way thru this journey. Our god is good! Brent will be out of work thru this and his wife will be right by his side.

Please pray for them as they start this journey on Monday to find out some answers and to see what is the best way to treat this awful disease. Thank you lord for being so incredibly amazing, and please keep your hands on Brent thru this.
