Randomly a couple of days ago my daughter asked me if we could go to the shelter and donate some food and items. Unfortunately it was already late in the afternoon, so I had to explain to her that we couldn't go. Disappointed she was sad and cried because she wanted to help the animals at the shelter.

I explained to her that when I had a day off, we could buy some items and take them to the shelter. It makes me extremely happy that she shares a love for animals like her mom and dad.

I would love to make this the best experience possible for her. I am not expecting to raise a lot of money. But any little bit to put a smile on her face would be truly appreciated.
