Helping Andrew Lozoya's Family

A message on behalf of the family: As some of you may know we have recently lost our beloved Irene due to a traumatic brain injury.  Shortly after Matthew and Andrew contracted COVID and were both unable to work.  The conditions were severe so much so that neither son could attend the funeral.

Matthews symptoms were severe and he was extremely sick for over a month.   Andrew's symptoms were very severe and the lung damage was not treatable. Andrew fought bravely and lasted on a ventilator for two weeks. Sadly, Andrew lost his battle on August 25th. 

Now that Andrew has passed, Matthew has been forced to make some tough decisions about his living arrangement. Making difficult decisions is not easy to navigate under good circumstances. A Father and his two daughters are being displaced from home and forced to sell.  Compounded by two recent tragedies. Getting a house ready for sale is a lot of work but Andrew's house is going to be able to be the help his family needs to get a foothold on life after Irene and Andrew.   

Matthew has a list of things that NEED to be done to capitalize on the most equity possible during sale.
