Helping an actual person in Wuhan - China

We met Tobi when we went to China in 2017, he was born, raised and currently lives in Wuhan, the epicenter of the Coronavirus.
Father of a beautiful girl, he is keeping us updated first hand on how this epidemic is affecting his town. The pictures and videos we see are heart breaking. Tobi and his family, like everyone in Wuhan , are not allowed to leave their apartment , unless authorized by the government ( for medication and emergencies).
They order food online (prices for basics are soaring as nothing comes in or out of Wuhan), to be delivered through special designated people. They are not allowed to work, or have contact with the outside world.
China is trying to contain the spread of the virus, until we know more about it , and develop vaccines, to try to avoid a pandemic.
It breaks my heart , the position all in Wuhan are. Through this fundraiser you can actually help someone directly, that is there and needs support and know we care.
The only way to help at this point is , money, so they can buy their basic needs, as they wait to be allowed to go back to their normal lives.
If you choose to help, the money will go straight to Tobi, he is using the money to help senior neighbors that are suffering the most with the quarantine, they lack the access and knowledge on how to order on line on smart devices, they are completely isolated , and relying on the kindness of their neighbors.
Tobi is also looking out for stray dogs (very common in China)that rely on outdoor vendors and restaurants (now closed), They too find themselves to be a casualty of this horrible crisis).
Any amount will be sincerely appreciated. This is a great opportunity to assist a deserving , hard working family man, on the other side of the world, to show them even from far away , someone cares, that we are thinking about all of them.
