My best friend Allison was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She had just gotten a new teaching job & home and was about to move. One week before, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Now, she has just received news that because she is not covered by her new insurance until September 1st, she will not be paid during her medical leave at the start of the school year. 

I am reaching out and asking for help, because I know Allison- and she doesn’t like to ask. With medical bills & living expenses- she desperately needs help during this time in her life. Any amount helps & it is so greatly appreciated.
