Hi, my name is Jacob and my brother Adam was involved in a very serious Motorcycle accident on October 27th. He sustained very serious injuries, a broken neck, almost all of his left ribs are broken, a collapsed lung, removal of his spleen and so far one Kidney. His pelvis is shattered and his hip is also broken. He is currently in a medically induced coma while Doctors work to monitor and stop internal bleedings, and while we wait to get him a bed at Penn Health so he can be flown by helicopter to a new group of specialists who are better equipped for the Trauma Adam has sustained. Adam is 22 years old and was entirely self sufficient and is going to have a long road to recovery. Any penny you can donate will go directly to helping Adam.
