Helping a Native Artist complete graduate school
Donation protected
Graci Horne needs help funding her last semester of grad school at the Institute of American Indian Arts. Graci is Dakota and pursuing a Master of Fine Arts, Studio Arts, in Santa Fe, NM. Her tuition for the spring semester of 2024 is expected to be $8,030.00. Due to unforeseen circumstances in funding, related to a grant she had secured originally, she needs assistance to help pay for her last semester. She and her husband are part of important nationwide programs supporting the development of Native Artists and completing this program will have a substantial lasting impact. Anything raised will go directly toward her tuition. Additional funds raised will go towards travel for her last in-person art critique, hooding ceremony, and graduation in Santa Fe, NM. Yay!!
Here is what Graci has to say: "I am grateful to be in this program because it has allowed me to deepen my artistic practice and after graduation, I will be able to teach. This program means a lot to me as I enjoy learning from amazing Native Artists, mentors , who have been wonderful to work with the last two years. Wopida tanka! Thank you! Any donated amount, as well as sharing my campaign, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading, and thank you for your support."
Let's support this amazing person and Native Artist so she can complete this important program and have her Master of Fine Arts, Studio Arts and go on to teach others. Thank you!
