Helping a Mother Rise After Hard Times .

Hi everyone,

My name is Shamari, I’m a hardworking mom doing my very best to provide for my children. Life has recently taken a turn that I wasn’t prepared for, and I’m humbly asking for support during one of the hardest moments I’ve faced.

Over the past few weeks, both my children and I have been out of school and work due to illness, which has extra doctor visits, and needing more care time at home. As a result, I’ve fallen behind on rent and have been struggling to keep up with bills. On top of that, my car – my lifeline to work, childcare, and everything in between – has broken down needing an alternator and battery Without it, everything feels even harder.

I’ve always been strong and independent, but right now, I’m simply overwhelmed and trying to stay afloat. I’m doing all I can to catch up and find extra work, but I just need a little help to get over this hump.

• Car Repairs so I can return to work consistently and get my children to childcare and appointments
