Helping a forgotten Veteran

Hi, I am doing this fundraiser to try and help a 93-year-old Veteran to be able to live out his last few years in some type of comfort. Herb served as a Marine in Korea and was a POW for several years but somehow the government lost his paperwork and was never able to draw any military benefits from that. Herb worked until he was in his late 80's for a company, he had done the responsible thing by setting up a retirement fund with this company when he first started with them. The company also allowed him to save up his vacation time so he could also cash that out at retirement. This was all good thinking on Herb's part but the company went bankrupt and he lost both his retirement fund and all his vacation time. Herb is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. With his head held high and without a thought, he has given away his stuff to other people that he thought needed it more than he did and just keeps on smiling. Herb just lives from social security check to social security check so I hope you all can understand why I do this for Herb. I hope you all get blessed someday by meeting Herb or someone like him he is a one of a kind person.
