Helping a Family Rebuild After Barn Fire

Donation protected
On January 30th, my brother and sister-in-law experienced a devastating barn fire that resulted in the total loss of their barn, farm equipment, and several beloved animals. They lost several chickens and turkeys, a beloved Miniture Horse Poncho, two goats (clover and Claire) , and a Kunekune Mama - pig (Moo) along with her 8 week old piglet (Bean). The entire barn structure was destroyed, along with all the supplies and equipment that were stored inside.

Thankfully, their horses and remaining pigs survived and are currently still at the farm in the remaining barn, but this has created immediate and ongoing expenses. In addition to caring for their animals, they are now facing the significant cost of rebuilding the barn and replacing essential farm equipment and supplies. This farm is more than a hobby—it’s a labor of love and a way of life for their family.

Any support you’re able to offer will go directly toward helping them stabilize, recover, and begin rebuilding after this unexpected loss. If you’re unable to give, sharing this fundraiser means just as much. Thank you for supporting them during this incredibly difficult time.
