Hello there! My name is Annette and my husband is Jared. He is currently on the last stretch of aviation school to become an airline pilot!

We have two kids and are all SO proud of him for working incredibly hard in the program. He has put his heart and soul into studying and learning in class as well as in the air. It’s been intense, challenging and so rewarding for him. I’ve watched him blossom and grow and see a light in his eyes when he talks about flying.

Jared has successfully completed his Private Pilot training, is Instrument and Commercial rated, and is about to start the Multi Engine program.

Jared currently has 290 flight hours. In order for him to get a job flying smaller planes, he will need between 400-500 hours to be considered hirable. 

Once he has a job flying smaller planes, he can keep working towards 1500 hours to apply for an airline job. 

The cost to rent airplanes is on average $150/hour.  

I wanted to start this GoFundMe for Jared to be able to take care of renting planes to build hours as well as any other school expenses he needs to finish up and get his career started.

Our family is so excited for our future to be able to travel together and go on adventures!
