Hi, I’m Olivia. I am the daughter of David Sr.

For roughly 4 years my Pops has not been well, he went to numerous specialists and countless doctors appointments to figure out what was wrong. In June 2021, my family got the devastating news that he was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer that had already metastasized. At that time he decided to get care from Moffitt Cancer Center. Fast forward to October 2022 Moffitt discharged Pops from their care and he was admitted to Hospice Home Care. This has been extremely emotional news to process for all of us.

He has worked his entire life starting in his early teenage years. Being that he’s worked for so long and with his most recent career he is able to collect a small amount in a pension, but this isn’t enough to cover all of the expenses associated with his care.

The main purpose of this GoFundMe is to help my parents David and Tammy get through the next few months while Mom is out of work on FMLA helping care for my dad. These funds will help pay for the things Pop needs to remain comfortable with the time he has left. Any remaining funds will be used to go towards his final resting place.
