Help Hicks Kick Cancer!

We are Central Cabarrus High School and we need your support for one of our most cherished Vikings, Mrs. Amy Hicks.  Amy is in her 30th year as our History/Bible teacher and was diagnosed in November with her third round of breast cancer.  If you ever get the grand opportunity to be in Amy’s company you will soon find out how remarkable she is. She has this natural ability to encourage and inspire everyone she meets. She has a smile that lights up every room she walks into and inspires not only students but teachers and leaders of our district. We have a wonderful opportunity to work with her every day and we anticipate her return from her recent surgery. We understand that even with public school medical insurance, the costs associated with doctor visits, tests, treatment etc. are a mountain to face as a mother with two children (one in college and the other in high school). We count many blessings for Amy which include the fortune of having a job she loves, a family to support her and an incredible amount of friends by her side, but we know if we could help raise funds for past & anticipated bills her recovery could be less stressful.  Any donation you could generously offer would be used to pay for her treatment and hospital costs.  We want Amy to know that we have her back, and your support could do just that.
