During Hunter’s senior year in high school, he was diagnosed with testicular cancer , which had matastisized to his liver , lungs , and lymph nodes. He underwent 48 chemo treatments , which he was in the hospital for approximately 6 months. He missed out on his graduation and all the fun events that Seniors enjoy in their last and best year of high school.
While he was waiting for a bone marrow transplant , the cancer had spread to his brain , bone , and spine. He underwent the bone marrow transplant May 10 , 2018.
The doctors told him he was going to die if he didn’t have it. Here we are August 10 , and my son is back in the hospital fighting for his life while his tumors are getting bigger. Insurance has spent over 1.3 million on Hunter’s treatment but will not spend $20,00 for holistic treatment!
