Helpful hands for the Lorusso Family

On Sunday evening I got a phone call from my brother that my family was safe but their Babylon home was on fire.  We are  in shock and yet happy to say that  the most important is that everyone is OK and we will rebuild and make sure they all have what they need in the upcoming days, weeks, months etc.  Belongings can be replaced that is something very true in this scenario.  Our close friends and family have all reached out to check in on how they can help and the truth is Michael and Hazel are overwhelmed with all the kind gestures, we are grateful and feel so Lucky.  As time goes on they will start to need to replace all of their belongings but for now we are working on the essentials.   The kids will be turning 9, 8, and 3 this summer and they are handling the transition as best as they can.  This electrical fire has displaced 3 adults, 3 children, and 1 dog - The goal is to help them get back on their feet and to bring normalcy back to their loving home.  I started this page for my brother, Michael, my sister, Hazel, my nieces Maddalena & Mariella, my nephew, Matteo, and Abuelita Beatriz because they all do so much for others that need help and right now the tables have turned so I want them to feel the same helpful hands, love, and support.  Thank you so much from our family to your family.  Thank goodness we have angels looking out for us.
