BacktoWork, Need help to get there

TL:DR- I finally got a new job after almost 2 years after a car accident, and could use a little help getting to my new job, gas, and an inspection for my car, which needs a little work before I can get it. $1500 is a lot I know, any little bit could REALLY help

Almost 2 years ago I got into a car accident coming home from work. My car was totaled and my life started to go downhill as well. I went from living in my own house with my girlfriend, to having to move back home with my parents and the relationship was ended. I hurt my back (2 herniated discs) the job I had was working for C&S Wholesales, which was VERY Labor intensive. I could not work, I was able to receive short-term disability for six months, at 1/4th my pay. I thought that I would definitely be able to return to work within the six months, I was wrong.

Within the next year, I was doing physical therapy for my back and finally was feeling well enough to return to a working life. During the year, I was applying for any job I could find, nothing was working. This week, I have heard GREAT NEWS! I have finally received a phone call back, went for the interview and, I GOT THE JOB! I will be working for Coke a Cola, Here is the problem though, I am out of money, for the time I spent out of work I did what I could, I did not collect assistance or welfare and really could use the help to get to my new job

I am asking for ANY help I can get. I need 3-4 weeks of gas money, just until my first check comes. I also have another car which is drivable, but needs an inspection. To get the inspection I have to put brakes, rotors, and an exhaust.

    Breakdown:

·         3-4 weeks of gas: $160-$240

·         Rear Brakes and rotors: $132

·         Front Brakes and rotors: $160

·         Catalytic Converter: $216

·         Muffler: $65

·         Exhaust pipe: $ 40

·         Inspection: $ 40

·         Labor and misc part: $400 (incase the brake lines                  break, brake fluid, etc)

Totals: $1253

The other $247 is a stretch goal of sorts, new work boots, knee pads, and gloves.

I know $1500 is a lot of money, but I can’t find a cheaper way of doing it. This would mean the world to me and would allow me to focus on doing the best I can at my new job, without worrying about getting pulled over, or stressing about gas money.
