Help For Veronica Gallo's Family

Donation protected
Hey guys, it's Nataly , her daughter.

Veronica Gallo (39) is a beautiful daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  But most of all, she is the mother of four amazing kids, Nataly (19), Anahy (18), David (15) and Isaac (11).  Unfortunately, she is currently hospitalized at UCSF in a coma fighting for her life.

Veronica has been a heart patient for many years, needing a heart transplant.  She has sported her LVAD for years and rocked it all along the way.  Things were going well until recently when a new issue developed.  She had a stroke, which affected her mildly.  After a few weeks in the hospital, she was sent home.  But it as apparent to those around her that things didn't seem quite right.  On Saturday  (6/3/17) morning, she called out to her daughter Nataly and collapsed in her home.  She was rushed to Emmanuel Medical Center in Turlock and ultimately transferred to a Neuro specialist is Castro Valley where they gave little to no hope for Veronica's recovery stating that family should come and give their last good bye's.  Her family gathered with her and prepared for the worst.  Upon her four children visiting her, she began to respond to them.  It was then that the family knew they couldn't let her go without fighting for her.  It was at that point that they pushed for Veronica to be transferred to UCSF to be with the doctor's and specialists who knew her and were accustomed to her condition.

On Sunday (6/4/17), Veronica underwent her first brain surgery at UCSF in an attempt to remove clots and to repair bleeding on her brain.  It wasn't long after that surgery was done before the doctor informed the family that the surgery had failed and that she needed an additional surgery in order to give her a fighting chance.  Her family held vigil throughout the night, praying and hoping for the best even when things appeared so grim.  The wee hours of Monday (6/5/17) brought even more devastating news.  The family was told they would have to consider letting her go, but Veronica's family knew better then to just give up.  They waited.  And then God moved his mighty hand in favor of Veronica.  She began to respond to treatment.  The bleeding on her brain stopped.  And she began to respond again when her loved ones came around.

Although her friends and family are greatful for God's love & mercy on Veronica and keep hoping for a full recovery, things are still very uncertain as she remains in care at UCSF.

These unfortunate events have left a huge financial burden upon Veronica's two oldest children, Nataly & Anahy (and the family members closest to them), who have been left to care for their younger brothers.  The financial burden has been placed on them to pay the household rent, utilities, esstentials, food, etc. all while continuing to go back and forth to San Francisco to attend to and make decisions regarding their mother's health.  These young ladies are hard working girls, both holding jobs in the fast food industry, and have helped their mother for a long time to support the household.  However, they cannot do this alone.  They need your help!

We are asking for any donation, big or small, that can help them with their household bills, transportation, food, hotels, etc.  No amount is too small and anything will be greatly appreciated.

Please continue to pray for Veronica Gallo.

God bless.
