Help for Torque

Donation protected
I am setting up this campaign for Ashlie who is a friend of mine and her dog Torque. On Tuesday, November 3rd, Ashlie's dog Torque was taken to Day Creek Animal Hospital because he was vomiting and having diarrhea and could not keep food or water down. The Veterinarian, Dr. Sindhu did x-rays and saw an abnormality which he believed was some type of foreign object but he was not 100% sure. Blood work was done which showed that Torque had some type of infection and his white blood cell count was higher than it should be, and he was dehydrated. Dr. Sindhu gave Ashlie(Torque's owner) two different choices. 1. Give Torque subcutaneous fluids, antibiotics and an anti vomiting injection and take him home to see how he was feeling the next morning... or 2. Keep Torque overnight at the animal hospital where he would receive IV fluids and they would start a barium series to get a better look at what was going on inside of Torque's system. Ashlie was not sure what should be done so Dr. Sindhu said to just take Torque home and see how he was feeling in the morning. Needless to say, Torque was back at the animal hospital on Wednesday morning where Dr. Sindhu ran more blood work, gave Torque more antibiotics, ran IV fluids, and started the Barium Series.  Wednesday evening Dr. Sindhu called to update Ashlie to let her know that the Barium Series did prove that there was some sort of blockage in Torque's stomach because the Barium was not running through his system as quickly as it should have been and unfortunately Torque was not able to pass the object out of his system naturally. Dr. Sindhu informed Ashlie that since Torque had not been able to pass whatever was causing the blockage that he would need surgery to remove it. Torque was able to rest at the animal hospital Wednesday evening and Dr. Sindhu called Ashlie on Thursday morning and asked if she could come in to sign paperwork for Torque's surgery which will be done on Thursday afternoon.
Ashlie is beyond stressed out trying to figure out how she is going to pay for all of these procedures and could really use the help of our amazing animal loving community. Ashlie works with a non-profit organization/rescue called Pints For Pitties, she is an asset to the rescue community and is always the first to help an animal in need. I would love if we could all come together to help return the love and help that Ashlie would be grateful to have at this time. I know she would be so appreciative.
Please share this campaign and donate any amount if possible. Thank you all in advance and we hope Torque feels better soon!
