Help For Pola

Pola is a 46 year old single Mom, amazing person, friend and co-worker of mine who was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer December 1, 2017.  Since then she has started chemo, soon onto radiation and will need surgery to remove the tumor that is attached to her chest wall.  Pola has dedicated many of her working years providing compassionate care for ER patients at Lutheran General Hospital and has been continuing to work through her chemo.  Since the start of chemo, she has been sick, sore, and pained but still insists on working to take care of others who need help.  As time has gone on side effects of chemo have made her physical job as an ER tech difficult.  She also is taking care of her Mom who is battling breast cancer at the same time as she.  She has recently run out of paid time off and is only able to work four hour shifts at a time, making her finances a struggle and ability to take care of bills almost impossible.

Please help support Pola kick cancer's ass!! And relieve some of the stress and worry that comes along with her difficult and courageous fight.
