I am Mike Dunlap some know me as an old friend or a newer friend; some may know me as a husband a father, grandfather or a brother and some may just remember me as a co-worker or a classmate.  

In 2006 & 2007 I had a total of three heart attacks that resulted in a 20% loss of heart function by the age of 43 years, resulting in an inability to qualify for life insurance.

Now as we end 2015, on my 52nd birthday I was diagnosed with terminal Stage 4 small cell lung cancer that has progressed to the brain. I was given a 50 % chance of living longer then 6 months. This happened without notice; not allowing for any further preparation. Without some assistance my family and I have no way to allow for any final preparations. So I must ask for help.
