Hello everyone,
My name is Nicole. I am the mother to a wonderfully fantastic little boy, Justus Matthias Joseph. Justus is a very special 7 yr old who has been through so much already in his little life. Justus has suffered obstacles and difficulties since in my womb. We were told he was a Giant and that he would have genetic abnormalities. He was born and by 5 months old my son was 35 pounds; by the age of 1 he was 48 ½ pounds.

we were in panic and fearfully trying to get our son help. We have been fighting for justus from day one.
I remember the moment i met my son for the first time,

my wolrd suddenly became 20 shades brighter. he is the love of my life and my gift from God.

Justus is very snuggly and quite squishy! He spends lots of his time snuggled in my arms. He adores his mama and im so blessed to be his mommy!

By the age of 2-2 1/2 Justus was diagnosed with severe Autism, along with severe sensory integration disorder and mental retardation.
As a mother, i have suffered more than words can describe watching my son living in a prison and detached from the world around him; never experiencing life like a child should. Add to this wathcing your child suffer pain and not have a way to help them... Thats torture and a great form of evil.
However with that being said, Justus is the most loving, affectionate and tender little boy. A true treasure ; he abounds with love and joy and brightens the lives of all he crosses paths with.

We tell him he has a gift from Jesus to bring light into peoples lives.

We have believed God for healing and have seen mental retardation taken off his reports after being on his record for two years. We have also seen 90% of all sensory issues fall off. Currently Justus still holds the diagnoses of severe Autism.
One of the issues with Autism is the incessant teeth grinding. Which brings us to the issue of our urgent need! Justus is in need of emergency dental care and we are desperatly trying to find help.
With the constant teeth grinding we do all we can to help. He lives with a chewy/teether attached to his shirt which he hates and makes him really stand out from other kids.

he uses it all day long but even with that he has grinded down his teeth to little tiny nubs. He had big front teeth like his mama but now they're almost gone.

He has been suffering tremendously for well over a yr .
We have been unable to afford his help and or insurance due to the fact that I have not worked a real job in years. I have self educated and work hard to help my son do even the most basic things a 1 yr old could do without thought. I also have created a school room where I spend a lot of time teaching Justus.
Justus needs a constant shadow and a guide for everything in his life. I have been the primary care taker and teacher to my son which means he is my full time job!
Still, we were denied any kind of SSI or help for our son and have suffered financially more than you could know. Our family has experienced being homeliness twice in the last two years.
We have been trying to obtain assistance for Justus for a very long time. We found one foundation that helps pay portions of the cost for dental work but they do not cover autism. However, they did helped us once before but cannot do so again. We thank the Humanitarian Foundation deeply for that time they came through for us 3 yrs ago! However, our baby is currently in a crisis again and needs emergency help.
Justus needs the 4 front teeth pulled and maybe even the bottom as well. He will need to be put out under IV sedation and the cost for that alone is $1250! Then you add to that the dental work and who knows if they will find something more in his mouth that might need to be addressed while he is under sedation. We will not know fully what all will be needed until he is put under sedation. Due to his disability and PTSD no dentist can look in his mouth. We have tried at times to do various procedures with our son that was needed and he has suffered serious traumatic emotional scarring from attempting procedures apart form sedation; usually this means Justus being pinned down to a table while 4-5 grown adults hold him down. Its been cruel, heart wrenching and traumatizing to him.
Justus has been suffering for well over a year and he lives on Advil and Tylenol. We believe he is running out of time as he has very little teeth left. The nerves are exposed and if he grinds his teeth any further they might have to break open bone to go in and pull out the teeth. This has pushed us to this place of reaching out
We are asking for help!
We are trying to raise $2500 for his teeth. Hoping and believing that will be enough. Thank you in advance to everyone who will donate to help our son.
Thank you for reading and God bless
