Help For James

Hello World,

I come to you humbly, to ask for your support in a fundraiser for my son, James. James was born with severe Cerebral Palsy and is unable to walk, talk or do anything without the assistance of others. Despite his challenges, James has successfully completed grammar school and is now a sophomore in high school! His smile is a daily inspiration to me and many others. As a single parent of a child with special needs, I have been met with challenges and uncertainties making it difficult financially at times. As he has grown and matured, it has become increasingly difficult to perform daily living activities, especially the activities that require transportation. We are raising money to purchase a wheelchair accessible van for James. We are also hoping to raise enough money to take James to "Morgan's Wonderland," which is a theme park located in San Antonio, Texas and dedicated to children with special needs. Having the wheelchair accessible van will reduce the daily stress of transporting James to doctor's appointments, family outings, etc.. Most importantly, having the wheelchair accessible van will greatly improve his quality of life and allow him to explore a world not yet known to him. As a gift for his 18th birthday, March 20, 2015,I would like to be able to purchase the van on my son's behalf and take him on a trip of a lifetime to "Morgan's Wonderland, "Where Everyone Can Play."
