Please, when you read this, listen with your hearts. I am creating this cause on behalf of my beloved sister, Julie, whom since the age of 14, suffers from an illness that kills over 22 million people in America each year, drug addiction. Julie is a recovering heroin addict -- a violent result of childhood trauma. I left my high paying career in silicon valley to live in the natural healing capitol, Ubud Bali, becoming a life counselor and healer for addicts. Coaching her through an all-natural withdrawal process, Julie successfully detoxed herself from heroin and her willpower returned! Now with readiness and urgency, knowing she risks relapse, she is asking for a drastic change to her life. She is asking to leave her drug environment, to be reunited with me, and to do whatever it takes to regain her life and get back on track! 

Addiction is a life-ending disease that is often suffered in silence. It tears families apart and annihilates one’s self confidence and control. How many people have to suffer in shame while countries, authorities and organized criminal groups profit off of this soul killing sickness? Julie was exposed to heroin by a licensed EMT!! Now that Julie has climbed out of the hole to claim her right to LIFE, I refuse to watch her dream of transformation idle and die because of our families' financial set backs. However, we have a well thought out plan to support her wish. Julie hungers to change her life from the inside out. Real change. Real Empowerment. She wants to go within and uproot the source cause of her addiction patterns. She wants to reclaim her confidence so she can help others like her! The time is NOW to enable drastic change for Julie's young life

I will never stop fighting for Julie. I believe in the brilliance of mistakes. I believe, we are all innocent. I believe, everyone has a right to life and it’s second chances, no matter what choices that person may have made, right or wrong. Through the wisdom of the heart and the strength of spirit, it is possible to rise above a destructive path to learn from Love, to learn forgiveness, and to thrive yet again because I believe, anything is possible. Please help me bring the miracle of healing to my sister as she has witnessed my own transformation that has sparked a light of hope to burn bright within her.  She holds on to a dream for a better future free of pain and full of purpose.  Her wish now is to be with me on the healing island of Bali to do the work necessary to regain her life. I desire nothing but to give that possibility to her.

"it was a very long drawn out detox, but im more ready than i've ever been. this is finally going to happen, i wont give in, i have no desire other than to get my life back.  Some weird things...or lil' miracles have been happening lately, and i've been praying almost every night. i've been giving it my all, turning my life around, thinking about my family.

I hope in about a month, I'm leaving this city (finally!), & I'm heading to Bali, Indonesia. My own spiritual/healing journey. & I already know how life changing it's going to be (for the better of course :). I'll be there for a while. Months. & I'll be with my sis :)

Traveling, learning about different cultures, is one of my most biggest passions & there's finally a chance. It feels like my prayers have finally been answered. Miracles are happening, too many coincidences. I finally feel like I'm at the right place in my life at the right time. Anything is possible, just never give up. Feeling thankful."
