Our dream of opening a wings food truck started in our kitchen, where we’d stay up late testing out bold sauces and homemade rubs, debating the perfect crispiness, and celebrating the moments when everything came together just right. Friends and family kept coming back for more, always saying the same thing: “Y’all need to sell these.”
