HELP FERNANDA HEAL & FOLLOW HER DREAMS !

Hey everyone, my name is Brooklyn, and I'm a resident of Long Beach, CA.

I'm creating this page as a way to help an amazing member of our community—her name is Fernanda.

You may recognize her from some of your favorite spots around Long Beach where she used to work; Padre, Fonda Tobala, and Rosemallows are just a couple of examples! She's an incredibly vibrant woman with a friendly disposition and is loved by so, so many.

Recently, Fernanda has come upon very hard times. As many of you know, Fernanda and Chef Manuel are going through a friendly split, and they are both okay with this decision.

Unfortunately, her mental state has been declining due to a lot of stress and pressure with the beginning of a new life. This has taken a toll on her to the point that she has been battling and struggling with some heavy and scary thouhts in the last couple of months. She was recently admitted to a ward to get better. She's been released after about a week-long hold.

All of this stress and poor mental health have cost her her job. She's also in the process of moving out to San Pedro as she separates from Chef Manuel. As you all can imagine, this kind of life-altering move requires a good amount of money, and Fernanda could use our help!

We're asking for donations to help with rehoming, groceries,numerous therapy sessions (tattoos lol) and keeping herself afloat while she searches for another job. These are incredibly difficult times that we're all facing financially, and Fernanda needs a hand to help get herself back on her feet. Any little bit helps—she deeply appreciates any and all support!
