Hi, my name is Julia Rosario and I am here to raise funds for my daughter, Denisse Tapia, who was recently diagnosed with stage 2A Breast Cancer at the tender age of 25. She is the first born of my two daughters, with her birth I realized my dream of becoming a mother and my biggest wish is for her to experience the wonderful gift of motherhood in the near future. Therefore I want to do everything possible to lessen the financial burden on her that is associated with this terrible and undiscriminating illness.
With your generous donation we plan to subsidize the cost of the preservation of her eggs with the hope that after her cancer treatment is completed, she is able to fulfill the dream of every woman of giving life when she is ready.
Unfortunately this procedure is very costly, not covered by her medical insurance plan, and is the only channel for her to become a mother, due to Chemotherapy and hormonal therapy affecting her fertility system. We need all the help possible to ensure we meet this vital goal for her and her loved ones. We do not have much time therefore we wish to raise these funds as soon as possible for her to start Chemotherapy treatment prior to a double mastectomy and hormonal therapy to avoid the tumors to keep growing and expand to other organs.
I, myself know first hand what it means to be fighting for your life, since a year and a half ago I battled with a brain aneurysm that changed my life completely, having a very delicate surgery and recovery process that kept me hospitalized for over a month. As a consequence, I have been in and out the hospital dealing with many physical complications, managing pain, loss of memory and battling with the economic imbalance as a a result of this illness. I lost my job, and I'm still not able to go back to a normal life, enabling me to support my daughter with the financial burden that Cancer treatments implicates.
Let me describe you what a beautiful human being Denisse is. She is a self shining star, caring , loving daughter and role model for her younger 15 years old sister Gabriella. One of her strongest qualities is that she is a very generous young woman, selfless, humanitarian that commits her life to help others, specially disabled children, whom presently she works with.
We have started a chain of prayers among all of our family, friends, brothers and sisters in faith, which has filled her and all the family with the total confidence that God is in control and will provide her and the family with the strength to overcome her aggressive Cancer, but she also needs our help to support her emotionally and economically throughout this process.
Nothing would mean more to me than seeing her able to fulfill her dreams of finishing her bachelors degree, get married and become the great mother that I am sure she will be. It deeply saddens me that at such a young age she has to confront this terrible illness, but with the help and faith in GOD and with the right treatment, we know she may be cancer free in a matter of time. I Know there is a powerful GOD and I trust that for his mercy this circumstance we are facing today will be the channel to perfect in our family the image of Christ and that he will use us as an instrument to testimony his grace and glory. Hola, mi nombre es Julia Rosario y utilizo este medio para contarles esta historia y conseguir fondos para mi hija Denisse Tapia, la cual ha sido recientemente diagnosticada con Cancer de Seno Grado 2A a su corta edad de 25 anios. Denisse es la mayor de mis dos hijas, con su nacimiento vi realizarse mi suenio de convertirme en madre y mi mayor deseo es que ella pueda tambien experimentar el maravilloso regalo de la maternidad en un futuro cercano. Es por esto que quiero hacer todo lo posible para disminuirle la carga financiera asociada con esta terrible enfermedad.
Con su generosa donacion planeamos subsidiar los costos de preservar sus ovulos con la esperanza de que despues de su tratamiento de Cancer sea completado, ella pueda cumplir el deseo de toda mujer, que es dar vida y procrear una familia.
Desafortunadamente, este procedimiento es muy costoso y no lo cubre su plan de seguro medico, siendo por ahora la unica posibilidad humana de que pueda convertirse en madre debido a que la Quimioterapia y la terapia hormonal estarian afectando su sistema reproductivo y de fertilidad. Necesitamos toda la ayuda posible para asegurar que podamos lograr esta tan importante meta para ella y sus seres queridos. No tenemos mucho tiempo por lo que necesitamos recolectar los fondos antes de que inicie su tratamiento de Quimioterapia y terapia hormonal para evitar que el tumor siga creciendo y haga metastasis en su cuerpo afectando otros organos, y poder someterse a una Mastectomia doble que recomiendan los doctores.
Yo se de primera mano lo que significa estar afectado de salud y luchar por tu vida, ya que desde hace una anio y medio estoy batallando con una aneurisma cerebral que cambio mi vida por completo, teniendo que someterme a un delicado y complejo proceso de cirugia y recuperacion que me mantuvo hospitalizada por mas de un mes. Como consecuencia de este evento, he tenido que entrar y salir constantemente de los hospitales para poder manejar el dolor, perdida de memoria, efectos secundarios y batallar con el desequilibrio economico que me ha ocasionado el tener que enfrentar esta enfermedad.
Yo perdi mi trabajo y aun no he podido recuperar mi vida normal imposibilitandome poder ayudar a mi hija a con la carga economica que el tratamiento para el Cancer requiere.
Me gustaria describirles el maravilloso ser humano que es Denisse. Ella es una estrella que brilla con luz propia, tierna, sencilla, amorosa, hija dedicada y un ejemplo a seguir para su hermana mas pequenia de 15 anios (Gabriella) y poseedora de fuertes valores familiares. Una de sus mas destacadas cualidades es que es una joven muy generosa, humanitaria y desinteresada, comprometida con las buenas causas como ayudar a personas necesitadas, especialmente ninos dicapacitados, con los cuales actualmente trabaja.
Como conocedores del poder de Dios, hemos iniciado cadenas de oracion entre nuestra familia, amigos y hermanos en la fe, las cuales nos han llenado de confianza de que Dios tiene control absoluto y que proveera tanto a Denisse como a toda la familia de la fortaleza necesaria para poder enfrentar esta enfermedad tan agresiva, asi como que tambien tocara los corazones de muchos para que puedan proveer su soporte emocional y economico para poder atravesar y superar este dificil proceso.
Nada significaria mas para mi que ver a mi hija ser capaz de cumplir sus suenios y terminar su carrera universitaria, casarse y convertirse en la madre ejemplar que estoy segura ella sera. Me entristece profundamente que una joven de tan corta edad tenga que enfrentar esta terrible enfermedad, pero con la ayuda de Dios y el tratamiento correcto, sabemos que ella sera declarada libre de Cancer en un corto tiempo. Yo estoy consciente del poder inmenso de nuestro Dios y confio en su misericordia y que esta circunstancia que hoy atravesamos sera el instrumento que El utilizara para testimoniar su gracia y su gloria, esto lo declaro en el nombre de su amado hijo Jesus, amen!!
