Son Too Young Rare Blood Disease

I am this young mans mom. I picked this picture on purpose because this gentle amazing young soul is holding his long awaited "first" niece and our "first" granddaughter. A significant God given gift of LIFE to us all. This young man has a recent diagnosis of a VERY RARE blood disease which puts, him at risk for never being able to hold a baby of his own someday for multiple medical reasons not excluding early death.  This disease is said to be only "manageable" at best, not curable and no determined cause as of yet.  Let me tell you about this disease. In a summary posted by one of the numerous research articles I have read, they say: "we still do not have the "magic bullet" for WM, but there is continuous development of therapeutic approaches, which are well tolerated, control disease symtoms and, at the end keep the patient mobile. Our progress in management of WM was based on controlled clinical trials, so that we should continue to include patients, whenever possible, in clinical studies. This will finally pave the way to treatment concepts that are able to achieve long-term contol of the disease without compromising the quality of life of the mostly elderly patients." And may I add that there is NO KNOWN TREATMENT OR PROTOCOL FOR SOMEONE IN THEIR 30'S!  it is not only rare with only approximately 1500 diagnosed cases in the last 70 years, but it also only seen in people of 50-60 years of age. This young man is only 31 and to our knowledge and many medical professionals the ONLY YOUNG PERSON THEY HAVE SEEN OR TRIED TO TREAT WITH THIS DISEASE. Main stream medical treatment has many risks involved and research at best, that would indeed compromise and even more importantly jeopordize the length of the quality of life of a 30 year old. This rattles and breaks a mammas heart to depths that cannot be spoken. I have more questions than answers and limited resources to partner with me to help not only my son but my husband also because:
Our story DOES NOT END HERE! I also have a husband in the same household battling  head and neck cancer. He has already been treated with 4 rounds of intense chemo therapy and preparing for intense targeted radiation therapy for 7 weeks. 
This mamma and wife is in full surrender to do whatever it takes to stand by her men! But I need help! 
We are exhausting all our own resources mentally, physical and financial on this very challenging road. Please help us in a path for more options to LIFE with not only prayerful support but FINANCIAL support we desperately need to make life giving choices on this challenging road!
