Help Us Have a Wedding

We are trying to have a wedding after a series of unfortunate events has devastated our wedding savings and other wedding funds. Clarke and I had saved for the past two years so that we could get married. Clarke and I work full time and have a four year old child; however, after basic living expenses every month we have very little left over and thus, we decided to wait 2 years to get married so we could save and have a wedding instead of just eloping. We really wanted this to be a moment where our families could meet and experience our love together as both our families have various significant health issues that have complicated them meeting previously. Unfortunately, we are now using this gofoundme account in hopes of receiving financial assistance that was lost when I was the victim of cyber fraud and from various other events. I bought a wedding dress on OnceWed for $1900 total but the dealer never sent the dress. Shortly after that several thousands of dollars were removed from my account which has turned out to be irreversible due to more fraudulent activity that went unchecked. By the time I closed my accounts, it was too late. We've tried every conceivable avenue and there's no legal recourse, and worse we now have very little funds to pay for this wedding (especially given that we are paying for the wedding ourselves as our families are currently unable to help us financially- though they have been very charitable with their love and emotional support). We used money allocated for another item needed for our wedding to buy a cheap dress costing $250.00 and when we received it, we found it was not the dress I purchased and it didn't fit but given that our wedding is August 29th, 2015 we don't have time to send it back so we've had to give it to a seamstress to at least make it wearable which will cost an additional $500 or so (I already signed an agreement to pay for it before I was made aware that this price was potentially unreasonable). Another MAJOR SETBACK we are dealing with is that a large amount of the cost of the wedding we were planning on paying for with Clarke's tax return, however, after going back and forth with IRS for the past 4 months we are no closer to knowing when that check will eventually come in. The IRS keeps telling us that will receiving tracking and that it will be sent and then are astonished every time we call to report we haven’t received tracking or the check. In addition, our wedding invitation lady "forgot" to do our invites and coincidentally when asked to send the money for them that she agreed to, she suddenly lost her job. We scrambled to make those invitations cheaply on our own, again taking more money (approximately $400 after stamps and such) from other wedding things like our photos. This is not a fancy wedding...our friends are BBQing the food so no caterers, I'm not going to get makeup, nails, hair, a veil, or anything other than the essentials that we've already signed contracts agreeing that well pay for (tent, tables, photographer, cake, etc.). I cannot tell you how many things have gone wrong BUT WE LOVE EACH OTHER SO MUCH! and know that it's really about that! However, signing contracts obligates us to pay vendors regardless of this sentiment and we're hoping this gofundme page will help us address some of this madness. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO HAVE A WEDDING WITHOUT YOUR HELP, though we will have to pay those vendors regardless and many of them have to be paid in full by the end of July! We will get married regardless, even if we just go to the court house which is what we will have to do if we don’t get enough money together in time. Even if we were just getting married at the court house, WE STILL HAVE TO PAY THE VENDORS :( I'm personally not someone who has ever asked for help but I am humbling myself here because this marriage is so important to us to have our families finally meet and share in our love. We are appreciative of any help we can get to make this wedding happen. I am also selling all my jewelry to help pay for this wedding if anyone is interested please let me know.
