When I was young, I always dreamed of performing on Broadway. I did it! My childhood dream became a wonderful reality for many years.
I also grew up in the kitchen baking with my Mom, Dad and Grandma O. Now, I am fulfilling my passion for baking with Broadway Baker.

We began our journey in our home kitchen in New York City, moved to an AMAZING shared commercial kitchen space, Crafted Kitchen in Los Angeles with a dream to have our own shop!
Our dream became a reality on March 5th when we signed the lease for our own shop at 1209 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, CA!

We are a small, word-of-mouth company and grow with the help from folks just like you!
As small business owners, we are constantly chasing time in the day, have a never ending To Do list and wear tons of different hats!
That has never been truer! Our To Do list exploded, we added a lot of new hats like designing our space to meet all the different requirements, researching equipment, finding a contractor, learning the permit process, etc. Every step of the way our bank account gets a little smaller.
We need to get a lot of equipment quickly…
> Double convection oven @ $4,900
> Couple of 2 door reach-in refrigerators @ $2,800 each
> Under counter refrigerator @ $2,900
> Freezer @ $2,600
> 20 quart mixer @$4,900
> Cold display @ $3,000
> Blender, grinder and coffee urn @ $1,200
> Lots of shelving @1,500
> Another $1,200 for work tables
> Bunch of other miscellaneous equipment too
Plus a lot of construction stuff on top of everything is starting NOW…permitting, knocking down walls, the flooring, the walls, the electrical, the plumbing, etc.
Have you ever watched any of those fixer upper shows on HGTV where they make the call asking for more money to fix something they just discovered. I always thought those were added for dramatic effect. Not so much, we have received a few of those calls already!
