Help Bring Jordan Home

On Friday, June 8, 2018, while vacationing in Thailand, my son Jordan Scott went on a tour of Ratchaprapa Dam. While swimming with his group, he did not re-surface.  Jordan’s body, to date, has not been recovered despite efforts of the local divers.  The lake is 71 miles long and the deepest area is approximately 150 feet deep. The Thai government will cease the search for Jordan after 4 days. Due to limited resources in this remote region of Thailand, search interventions are minimal going forward. I have reached out to both American and Thai government officials for assistance and access to funds are limited.

I am reaching out to the community for help to bring Jordan home. I am preparing to travel to Thailand to organize a more thorough search to retrieve his body. Expenses include, flight, hotel accommodations, a possible specialized team of divers, transportation of the body, and a memorial service.  Roughly $16,000 is needed to fulfill every aspect of bringing him home as this is a sudden and unexpected tragedy.

Any and everyone who knew Jordan encountered warm smiles, big hugs, positivity and good vibes because he wanted the best for everyone. All contributions are welcomed. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.

Thank you again for your generous and ongoing support during this difficult time.
