Help Bisoux walk again
Donation protected

Bisoux, our most loving low-rider golden mix in the world, has two torn cruciate ligaments in her hind legs. The development is now causing arthritis in both legs and her back. Despite a clean bill of health otherwise and an eternally optimistic soul, this orthopedic predicament has rendered our little golden honey-bear essentially bed-bound. She can barely walk and has an incredible amount of trouble getting up and using the restroom. This is a low quality of life for a dog that should live for many more full and happy years. Despite having to patiently wait to get a drink of water or a belly-rub, we still catch Bisoux running in her dreams and wagging her tail at every visitor who comes in the door.
Unfortunately, this routine surgery for humans is incredibly expensive for pups; the surgical procedures alone cost $6,000 for each knee. We spoke to a surgeon who helped research and develop the surgery (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy or TPLO) and we were assured that it had impressive success rate. Once the dog is healed, studies have shown the development of arthritis to stabilize as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Please know - WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOUR PETS TOO!
xoxo Bisoux and family
