Vania Reneau Accident Fund

Donation protected
On September 28th, Vania Reneau, professionally known as dancer, choreographer and casting assistant "Betty Rox," was walking down the street and tragically hit by a car. She suffered two broken ankles, three broken ribs, and a broken wrist as well as bruises and scrapes from being dragged against the concrete. Paramedics rushed her to the hospital for two surgeries, where doctors stated her road to recovery will take months.

Given that her livelihood depends on her body, this is especially challenging. Vania is the third generation of dancers/choreographers from the Belizean Reneau family. She started her dance training with the "Elegant Flair Cultural Dance Team" at age eight, and her dance training carried her into a professional career in the industry. Vania has danced for recording artist such as Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, and Daddy Yankee, just to name a few. She is well known by her lengthy list of artists in the dancehall, soca and afrobeats genres who call on her expertise.

Walking and dancing again is the goal for Vania. Please donate towards getting her living expenses under control because she is unable to work. Many have asked what can they do to help. A financial contribution would help with day to day care, proper nutrition and keeping the bills paid for the next 5 months. This tragic accident has been very taxing on the family. We appreciate any donation, as nothing is too small.
