Bela's Journey to Walk Again

This past weekend our dog, Rodrigo's best friend for the last nine years, had what vets have only been able at this point to diagnose as a spinal stroke or broken material that's compressing her spinal cord. In just a few minutes she went from playing on the beach to screaming in pain in the back of our car. As of now she's lost function in the back half of her body and can no longer stand, walk or go to the bathroom without us.  We've spent the last few days in and out of Pet ER's and seeing a specialist. As I type this we've been given recommendation to rush her into surgery. We want to do absolutely everything we can to save her and give her the best quality of life possible after this. We're hoping for some level of recovery but we're struggling to afford the cost to help her.  We completely understand if you are unable to give and we're grateful for kind words or ideas to help her.
