Help Baby Yuan See Life with New Eyes

Hello! My name is Lord Pomperada, and I’m raising money on behalf of my dear friend Julius. We were high school classmates. I just transferred from Iloilo, and he was one of the first students who welcomed me. He showed me so much kindness and was always ready to help. Since then, Julius has been one of my good friends, and we remained in touch even though I moved to the US. We’ve recently connected when I went home to the Philippines. I’ve discovered how Julius is a loving and dedicated father who would do anything to help his daughter. To do this right now, he needs our help.

Three years ago, his daughter Yuan was born with eyelid coloboma, a full-thickness defect of the eyelid which occurs in about 1 in 10,000 births. Through the generosity of some donors, Baby Yuan completed her first surgency when she was 5-months old and her second one at age two. However, she has a third operation in October this year. Julius and his family have less than two months to gather the funds needed. If we can raise $3,000, it should cover the cost of her third surgery.
