Help Babu Walk Again

Please I ask all readers to please help me with a donation, even if it’s a small donation. I need YOUR help. Please share this. I need this little one to stand up and be able to walk. This is so heartbreaking for me, for my family, and for Babu.
I rescued Babu back on May 25, 2010. He was only 2 months old. He is an adorable and a playful Shih Tzu. Such a cute puppy! I have fallen in love with him since day 1!. The love that I feel for him its incredible. He has a lovely home, love, attention and lots of caring. Every day he has been taken outside for walks, he loves to sit on the couch and look out the window, watching the neighbors walk by. Wiggle his tail when the mailman arrives (hoping mailman dropped him a package of goodies haha). Lays on the couch to watch tv. (Loves to watch tv, especially the news!). He is a sweet, adorable buddy!.
But… one morning, everything changed. Our life change. My families and Babu’s. On a Friday morning, I had to take my father to the Hospital for an Emergency; my father got really sick from his heart. My father got admitted to the hospital and was in good hands with the Hospital’s doctor's. I left him in good hands. As I returned back home, Babu did his normal barking and wiggled his tail, I was happy as usual. But, to my surprised, when he wanted to come foward and kiss me good morning, his legs were dragging. I had the most shocking face in my life!. I got in contact with my father at the hospital and my mother, told them what was happening. My father being admitted at the hospital, he told me that he was feeling better, to please care for Babu, put him all the attention. I rushed Babu to the nearest Emergency Hospital and to his diagnostic I was told that he has a hernia on his disc that has left him with paralysis of his hind legs. He was given temporary medications, pain relievers and steroids. I asked how much the surgery cost, I was given an estimate of $9,000. My heart broke down in pieces. I don't have the funds for this. (I am crying as I am typing this). The next day I went to another Hospital for a second opinion, his diagnosis was a Degenerative Disc Disease. With an estimate of $7,000. They gave me a moment to think about it to decide what we are going to do. I accepted, I was given an opportunity to pay in 2 parts this money. I promised Babu that I am going to make him feel like new. He is currently at the hospital, getting his blood work, X-Rays and MRI. After the MRI, if everything is okay, we will the proceed with the surgery. After the surgery, he will need to get his therapies.
I am asking everyone out there to please help, please help raise funds. Let's all help Babu walk again. I love him with all my heart and soul. I know he is strong and with your help and family, he will recover and walk again. I do not lose this faith.
