Alice Bonadurer Surgery fund

Hello and thank you for visiting my "Go Fund Me" page. My name is Alice, I'm 65 years young and live in the city of St. George, Utah. I worked as a bank teller/Supervisor for 30+ years and loved my job. I lost my position and eventually one of my legs due to diabetic complications. I currently work part time at the City of St George, making the best out of every day. The reason for this fundraiser is that I am suffering from Diabetic Retinopathy, a condition which affects my eye site and can possibly take it away. The money I am asking for will help cover my co-payments for my surgery, on going treatments, medication and new glasses. Due to my current financial situation I am unable to cover these costs, and any amount is greatly appreciated.
