A terrible thing happened to my old 4th grade teacher, Ellen Brown, today. She was scammed by someone claiming to be the IRS and her entire savings is gone. She spent 34 years teaching and inspiring so many children and based a lot of her lessons on the ways of Jedi. She has left a lasting impression on so many and she dedicated herself to every child she has taught. It is time that we help her out in this trying time. She has recently retired but was on a limited income. I am devastated for her that such evil people could take advantage of her kindness and honesty.
