Phi Kappa Sigma Needs Your Help!
Most of you know the position we were in a few years ago, and for those that don’t, there was a fire that set off the sprinklers and caused extensive damage to our house. Thankfully, most of the house was restored except for the majority of the third floor.

We are reaching out to you all today, hoping that a few of you will have the heart to donate money towards restoring the last part of our house that was never finished. Your contributions would not only help restore the Ram, but would create an area where the brothers of Phi Kappa Sigma can hold meetings, can host brother bonding events, and it would be an exciting area that will help attract future members. There are also three rooms that are not livable and limit the amount of brothers that can live in the house. Increasing this livable space brings in more brothers, and increases the amount of money we bring to our chapter.
What we hope to see as a finished project is;
- New drywall and paint
- Wood flooring
- Electrical work
- Couches and tables for meetings/Brother Bonding
- Other safety, and construction code requirements.
- Renovating the three bedrooms to livable conditions.
Here at Phi Kappa Sigma, we greatly appreciate any help that you could possibly give us. We would love to hear you all reach out to us on any questions, ideas, or advice that you might have.
Fraternally,
The brothers of Phi Kappa Sigma
