Ava's Soap Box Race against Autism

Donation protected
The girl you see here, Ava; she's a free spirit. She's a fighter, a competitor; a truly unique individual.

What you don't see is that she has Autism and Epilepsy. You don't see it because she pours herself into something that inspires her. Soap Box Racing!!

Currently, she needs enough funds to get to World Championships, and to  keep up with replacement parts for her derby car for ANOTHER year, and to help pay for a trailer for her mom's SUV; instead of renting a truck just to get Ava and her race car to the starting line.

Ava is an inspirational little girl, one that exhibits independance, individuality, creativity, happiness, joy and one thousand other emotions that hide behind her unique method of expressing them.

She is the precocious daughter of a single mother with more spunk than anyone gives her credit for.  But; she is also the special needs child of a mom who puts Ava first; ALWAYS - constantly struggling to help her accept to the world around her - rather than fight the world to accept her as she is.

The energetic, engaging little girl who deserves to go "all in" on something that inspires her to hope, smile and go for what she wants! Ava may be special; but Ava IS SPECIAL!! All she needs is a connection to something she loves to do.

And yes; she wears a tutu for every race!

Help me to help her mother, Heather; do just that! Help us take Ava and her Soap Box Derby car to the races this year.
