Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ll try to keep it short but it may become lengthy. I’m sure if you know just one thing about me, you know I’m very private and never ask for help for many reasons. But after exhausting every other possible avenue to solve my problems on my own without having to swallow my pride and finally ask for a little help, here I am.

I’ve been dealing with chronic health issues for the majority of my life, but over the last 2 years or so, existing medical conditions have worsened and I’ve been diagnosed with additional conditions that have kept me from working due to the pain.

In October 2024, Brad was out driving for work when a box truck (which turned out to be uninsured after failing inspection) that was passing him slammed into him, totally our only vehicle. Brad was hurt but has healed faster than expected. We’re still without a vehicle and had been using what little savings we had as well as selling some of our things to pay for Uber rides to appointments, paying bills, buying groceries, etc. since the accident, but now we have literally nothing left to our names whatsoever to cover any bills or grocery expenses. Our checking accounts are overdrawn, we have nothing left to sell.

Our refrigerator and cabinets are empty except for some condiments and our last two packets of instant potatoes. We’ve been skipping meals for a day here, two days there to stretch out what we had left, but we’re at the end now. I don’t mean to ramble the way I have, I just need to stress to you just how desperate we’ve become and why we would let everyone know how broke we are and how much we’ve been struggling. We’ve tried so, SO hard to find other ways, but this is our last hope. We don’t have anywhere else to turn. So if there’s anything at all you can spare, we’d be more appreciative than you could ever imagine.
