Raise money to pay for Hospital bills

I am raising money for my father in-law Miguel.
He is 82 yrs old and has always been independent on taking care of his needs. He is a jolly, happy person, and a great father.
Unfortunately, he has fallen sick and has only Social Security benefits from Mexico for insurance.
That covers him to be admitted and be in the the GOVERNMENT hospitals only in Mexico.
He is in critical state with constant medical care needed and the government hospitals are not able to provide him with the basic care too. They haven't even been able to diagnose what's going on with him.
We had to shift him to a private hospital but since the insurance doesn't cover that we are trying to raise money.
He has the few of the noticeable symptoms.
1. Sever bronchitis
2. Pneumonia
3. Low Sodium in blood
4. Sever infection in urinary tracts
The treatment and the hospitals are expensive without insurance and the family is chipping in all ways.
We are requesting for your generosity to support his treatment and return back to his family in good health.
I know Miguel and everyone in the family will always be grateful to your generosity. Please do keep him in your prayers too.
Approximate cost for him to get the needed care and 10 -15 days hospitalization is upwards of 30000$.
