Help Lisa Deal With The Scammers!

It's time to help Lisa so she can deal with the scammers that have illegally moved into her house.  

Here's the story-

Lisa wanted to move to Oregon, but like the wise girl she is, she rented out the house she owned before she made the decision to move for good.  She and her son Tam moved their lives to Portland, fell in love with it and decided to stay...so it was time to sell the house in the LBC.  

She got a realtor and started the process.  She got a bid and accepted it and was in escrow YAY.  But the buyers had issues and at the very last minute backed out of the deal.  This was really stressful and hard for Lisa because she was dealing with all of it from afar, plus her renters were gone so now she was paying her house mortgage, plus rent in Oregon.  She knew she needed to get the house back on the market and fast.  Her realtor went to put a new lockbox on the house and discovered an ENTIRE FAMILY had moved in.  

At first it seemed that the family had been scammed, but now everything is unclear.  What IS clear is that they aren't supposed to be there,  and they have changed the locks and are they are refusing to leave, Lisa is having to pay the mortgage plus her rent far past when she planned, she may have to have travel expenses to come down here to deal with it, and on top of everything else, legal fees to get this all taken care of.  But Lisa's a single mom and a vet tech and this is all just too much.  It's time for us to help her deal with this horrible situation.  She did everything right.  She was responsible and she's getting totally screwed by these people trying to STEAL HER HOUSE.   

Any amount you can give to help Lisa deal with all these unexpected expenses would go so far to helping her stress level.  Please help!!
